Audio Volunteer

This is more than just technical work—you are an integral part of TBC’s mission to Make Disciple-Making Disciples. We gather to hear from God’s Word and respond to him through preaching, singing, reading, and prayer. You help facilitate the communication between God, His people, and one another through the means of audio amplification. You are part of a team, working together with everyone else involved in TBC’s Gathered Worship Service.
The purpose of church audio production is to support the preacher, music leader, and others involved in the service in accomplishing their goals while taking into consideration the needs and desires of the congregation and balancing all of that with proper live audio production processes and procedures.
Your job is done well if you are not noticed. The goal is to minimize distractions.
