We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Transformation Manager to join our team and drive our transformational growth initiatives.
Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, partnerships, and ventures. Leveraging our existing media connections and resources, you will be responsible for expanding our business into new markets and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Project Leadership:
Take the initiative to identify, conceptualize, and lead transformative projects and initiatives from inception to execution, catering to both the Chinese community in Thailand, the Thai audience interested in Chinese culture, and the Greater China market.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential business areas, and growth opportunities
Analyze market data and competitor activities to develop strategic insights to support new project development.
Partnership Development:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers that align with our project objectives, both locally and within the Greater China region.
Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements and collaborations.
Business Expansion and Resource Utilization:
Strategize and execute plans for expanding our business into new markets, both digitally and offline, within the scope of the new project, targeting both Thai and Chinese audiences.
Effectively utilize existing resources, including media connections and expertise, to drive project success.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Proactively build and maintain relationships within the Chinese community, business associations, and related industries to support project goals.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to identify opportunities.
Proposal and Pitch Development:
Prepare compelling project proposals and presentations for potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
Clearly articulate the project vision, capabilities, and value propositions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, business transformation, project leadership, strategic partnerships, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the Chinese community in Thailand, the Thai audience interested in Chinese culture, and the Greater China market.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to take initiative to drive transformative projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluent in both Chinese and Thai languages is a plus.
Knowledge of media and publishing industry trends is a plus.
Experience working on projects related to digital marketplaces, overseas procurement, media services, content licensing, language and cultural training, consulting, networking events, cultural events, and business hubs.
