Microsoft iCal Pack for CodaEffective Date: 28 June 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Microsoft iCal Pack (“Pack”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Pack.

2. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Pack solely within Coda documents owned or controlled by you, and solely for connecting to Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendars through Microsoft Graph.

3. Your Responsibilities

Microsoft Account – You must have a valid Microsoft account and maintain any required Microsoft 365 subscription.
Data Accuracy – You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data imported to or exported from your calendar.
Compliance – You must comply with all applicable laws, Microsoft service terms, and Coda’s Terms of Service.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

The Pack stores no calendar data on its own servers; all data flows directly between Coda and Microsoft Graph using OAuth2 delegated access.
OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored by Coda per Coda’s security practices.
We never sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Pack’s functionality.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

Permitted uses include personal scheduling, team coordination, or workflow automation within Coda. You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pack.
Use the Pack to spam invitees or perform denial-of-service attacks.
Reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures.

6. Updates & Modifications

We may modify or discontinue the Pack, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or Microsoft Graph policies. You may terminate at any time by removing the Pack from all Coda docs.

8. Disclaimers

The Pack is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Pack is limited to US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Pack, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
