Welcome to the Lemlist for Coda Pack (the “Service”). By using this Pack, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Pack connects Lemlist’s API with Coda, enabling users to fetch campaign data, leads, unsubscribes, team info, and credits, as well as perform certain actions like managing unsubscribes.

The Service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time as features are added or updated.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Have a valid Coda account.

Have a valid Lemlist account and API key.

Be authorized to use Lemlist data within your organization.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content, data, or actions you perform with this Pack.

You must comply with Lemlist’s Terms of Service and Coda’s Terms of Service when using this integration.

Do not use the Pack for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Data Access

The Pack only accesses Lemlist data on your behalf using your API key. The Pack does not store or share your data with third parties.

Data retrieved from Lemlist is displayed and stored inside your Coda docs, under your control.

5. Limitation of Liability

This Pack is provided without warranty. The developer is not liable for:

Errors in Lemlist’s API responses.

Data loss or inaccuracies.

Any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Pack from your Coda workspace.

The developer may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice, if misuse is detected.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.
