Create a copy for each direct report
Create a copy of this template for each employee you have a 1:1 with and share the doc with them as an editor.
Have reports populate the agenda and current work sentiment
Add an upcoming 1:1 to the
list by selecting a date. Managers and employees can add items to the agenda while the employee can indicate how they’re feeling prior to the meeting.
Host your 1:1
Review your agenda during the meeting and add any action items as to-dos that are associated with the specific meeting.
