* Magnus Health is a secure website for submitting health information. New parents will receive a Welcome Email from Magnus Health that includes login information; returning parents will receive a notification from Magnus Health asking you to update your child's information. ** Vehicle Registration Vehicle decals will be available for pick up beginning August 2 at the Welcome Center. All student, parent, and employee vehicles must be registered to receive a TMI Vehicle Decal, which must be clearly displayed on the passenger side of the windshield, below the tint line.

*** TAPPS Athletic Forms: TAPPS, our governing body for athletics, requires electronic form submission through Rank One Sport for: Student Acknowledgment of Rules, Student Transfer Forms, and International Student Application. Parents will need to visit the Parent Portal and click on the Online Forms section (new parents will need to create an account;

click here for instructions⁠

If you need your Student ID to complete the TAPPS forms, please login to onCampus and view your student's Contact Card in the directory, the Student ID is listed in the left column in the General Information section. **** Grandparents’ Information Throughout the school year, the Advancement Office hosts events for the entire TMI community to participate in and support. Completing this form ensures that your student’s grandparents receive an invitation to Grandparents’ Day at TMI, and other invitations and school news.

✅ Previous Athletic Participation Form (NEW 10th & 11th grade students only)

New students who participated in athletics at their previous school must complete this form so we can begin the eligibility process through TAPPS and collect the required signatures.
