BOAT POSE is a core strengthening posture that improves digestion and relieves stress.
Begin seated with knees bent and feet on the floor.
Lift feet off the ground, balancing on your sit bones.
Extend arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground.
Lengthen through the spine and engage your core.
Breathe deeply and hold for several breaths. For modifications, keep knees bent or hold onto the back of the thighs.
