Verification Guidelines

When verifying tickets, you must follow the guidelines set below:

Check if the feature/bug is already ready for verification/testing. The ticket should be moved to “QA Review” before the verification process starts.

While testing, create proofs that the test is done correctly. Add attachments to the tickets, such as screenshots or recordings as test proof.

Make sure that the ticket has enough information as to what the actual behavior is and what should be the expected behaviour.

Video clip recordings should have voiceovers.

If a ticket is requested to be changed, log it on the Change Request sheet for the current sprint.

Ask if you don’t know how to approach or test a ticket that you’re unfamiliar with.
