NOTE: This guide only applies to staff from partnering organisations wishing to activate their Crisis at Christmas account. If you are a London volunteer, please refer to this guide instead on how to activate your account:

Activating your Guest Account

1. You should have received an email with an invitation link in it. If you did not, please reach out to us.
The email will look like this:
Click on Accept invitation to proceed.
2. You will be taken to this page. Click Accept to create the account.
If you see this page after clicking Accept, please skip to step 9.

If you however see this prompt, please click Next and continue with the guide.

3. You should now see this screen on your computer. Click on "I want to set up a different method" below.
4. On this dialog, choose Phone, and click Continue.
5. Enter your phone number in the box below. The form defaults to United States as the country code; remember to change this to United Kingdom (+44).
6. You will be sent an SMS code to your phone. Enter the 6-digit code in the input below, then click Next.
7. Your phone number is now verified. Continue clicking Next.
8. You should now see the window as outlined below. Continue with the guide.
9. Setup is now complete.


To log into applications, please use your work email and password - do NOT use For example, if your work email is, use when logging into C-Log.
To use C-Log, please go to and select the C-Log app.
