Ticket Validation

Purpose

⁠

To validate customer tickets quickly using either a QR code scan or manual code input. Acts as the main landing page for personnel doing ticket checking at the event site.

User Flow

⁠

App launched → Splash Screen → Homepage

Bottom Navigation → onClick Home → navigate to Homepage

onClick Logout, show bottom sheet logout

User must input password to logout

If password valid, navigate to

Login Page⁠

⁠

onClick Scan, check camera permission

Permission Granted, open device camera and start QR scanning

No Permission, show alert to ask permission or navigate user to app permission setting

onClick Ticket code field, show softkeyboard and enabled user input

onClick Check:

check Ticket code to Spreadsheet and validate :

Ticket code or Booking ID is present

Guest status is not “Attendance” yet

If Valid:

Change Guest status to “Attendance”

Show valid page

If not Valid, show error alert dialog

onClick “View All Booking”, navigate to

Edit Booking Page⁠
