Claims Correction Form

This form is to be used if you have any corrections for the previous month timesheets. The form will be open from the 15th to the 20th of each month for you to submit your claim. In case you have a claim you are expected to have detailed proof and a tracker to support your claim

Absence/Sickness Correction Form

This form is to be used in case of any absence, shift cut or shift lateness where you are expected to provide a proof for the above occurrences to avoid being penalized.

Kilometers Tracker Form

This form is to be filled by car couriers on a daily basis in which you have a shift. This form should be filled twice a day(once in the morning when you start the vehicle engine before leaving from your house in which you fill in the start KMs, once in the evening when you turn off the vehicle engine after reaching your house in which you fill in the End KMs)
