Project Approach & Scope of Work 1. Introduction
Bridge AI is operating at the forefront of a major shift in how digital systems are discovered, evaluated, and used.
As AI agents move from retrieving information to completing tasks, businesses need to ensure that their websites and systems are not just visible, but operable.
At this stage, Bridge AI’s brand and website need to do more than explain the product. They need to:
Clearly communicate what Bridge AI does and why it matters Establish technical credibility and category leadership Make the value of agent operability easier to understand Create stronger conviction across customers, partners, and investors This engagement is designed to support that next phase.
CNVRT Labs will work with the Bridge AI team to define a clearer strategic foundation, refine the brand’s positioning, and translate that into a cohesive brand identity and website experience.
The outcome is a brand and web system built to strengthen credibility, clarify the category, and help Bridge AI
2. Project Approach & Scope of Work
This engagement is designed to help Bridge AI establish a clearer strategic foundation, sharper category positioning, and a stronger brand and website system.
At this stage, the brand and website need to do more than explain the product. They need to:
Clearly communicate what Bridge AI does and why it matters Establish technical credibility and category leadership Make the value of agent operability easier to understand Create stronger conviction across customers, partners, and investors CNVRT Labs will work with the Bridge AI team to define that foundation and translate it into a cohesive brand identity and website experience.
Wherever required, CNVRT Labs can also support the engagement with 3D or illustration services as a value-add, to strengthen communication across key brand and website touchpoints.
Scope of Work
Discovery & Strategic Alignment:
We will begin by understanding Bridge AI’s product, market context, current communication, and long-term ambition. Discovery sessions with the founding team Understanding the current product, ARI and AXO frameworks, and future roadmap Reviewing the current website, messaging, and product communication Aligning on goals, audience priorities, and intended business outcomes Positioning & Narrative Definition:
We will refine how Bridge AI is positioned in the market and how the category is communicated. Clarifying Bridge AI’s positioning within the emerging agent-readiness ecosystem Refining the AXO narrative and how it differs from GEO and AEO Defining key messaging, value propositions, and proof points Establishing a clearer content hierarchy for how the story should be told Market & Audience Understanding:
We will study the broader landscape to better understand how Bridge AI should frame itself. Reviewing adjacent players and category signals across the market Understanding how comparable companies communicate technical credibility and innovation Defining core target audiences and their likely needs, objections, and decision context Identifying how Bridge AI can differentiate itself more clearly Brand Direction & Visual Identity
Using the strategic foundation, we will explore and define a visual direction that aligns with Bridge AI. Moodboards and stylescapes Exploration of visual themes, metaphors, and graphic language Typography, color, and illustration direction Logo exploration and supporting identity assets Brand guidelines and key brand applications Website Strategy & Design:
We will translate the approved direction into a clearer and more compelling website experience. Website structure and page hierarchy Narrative flow for the landing page and supporting product sections Low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity website design Product explanation sections for ARI, AXO, gap analysis, and recommendations Supporting visual assets, diagrams, and graphic elements Mobile-responsive design considerations 3.
