Course Overview
💫 Purpose
The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that all major value-driving activities, their contributors, and the resources necessary are clearly defined and documented in a way that empowers organizational autonomy as much as possible. We will have a clear, chronological outline of how the value proposition is delivered, broken down by person, activities, and medium. This will begin an operations manual that will empower an organization to operate efficiently and autonomously.
⛳️ Objective
To outline all major activities which contribute to the delivery of an organization’s value proposition. Each activity should identify the “whos,” “whats,” and “wheres” of the specific activity.

Put in a general flow chart the chronological steps of the process. Complete a PAR (Personel, Activities, and Resources) table for each activity. Complete the Ops Guideline document for the specific process. 📊 Metrics
A visual document outlining the workflow of operations at a macro level. A visual matrix represents each process’s participants, activities, and resources. An operations guideline document for that particular process. 🔓 Empowerments
