Course Overview

💫 Purpose

As business owners, our credibility is built on management and presentation. Having a system to standardize both allows you to create a consistent approach that fits your style and establishes your legitimacy as a leader. Having a data room is vital to enhance our credibility and increase our chances of receiving funding from traditional and non-traditional sources. A project management system gives us a strategic approach to any project or objective, increasing our productivity and chances of success. This is just a series of folders and templates we will engage with on a routine basis to increase our familiarity so that our business is perceived as credible and legitimate internally and externally, establishing an infrastructure and organizational foundation.

⛳️ Objective

The objective of this exercise is to understand a data room and acquire project management skills and tools. We'll do this by reviewing a data room example and completing a project management exercise that provides a template for future project management goals. This is important because we must organize our central documents to communicate our idea and ensure its legitimacy properly. To increase our strategic momentum, we must create a standard way to manage projects our team is aligned with.
