Terms & Conditions


💵 Full fee payment is mandatory in advance at the time of enrollment. Part payments are not accepted unless officially approved.
🔁 No refund will be granted if a student chooses to cancel, discontinue, or withdraw from the course midway or after it has begun.
🕒 For 1-on-1 Professional Speaking Coaching, once a time slot is confirmed and the course begins, no rescheduling or modifications will be permitted under any circumstances.
📅 Switching between batch timings or rescheduling classes for group courses (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.) is not guaranteed and is subject to availability only.
⏱️ Students are expected to attend classes as per their assigned batch timings. Missed sessions will not be compensated or rescheduled.
📆 Each course has a fixed validity period (e.g., 2 months). Any revision classes must be availed within 6 months of enrollment, and are subject to seat availability.
📜 Certificates (if applicable) will be issued only upon successful completion of the course with minimum 80% attendance.
📢 All official communications regarding classes, schedules, resources, and updates will be conducted via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Students are requested to save our contact details to stay updated.

🆓 Special Coaching Fee Refund Policy for Student Visa Clients


🎓 Students who take admission to a foreign university through The Visa Tales and receive a successful Student Visa approval are eligible for a 100% refund of their IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL coaching fees.
💰 The coaching fee refund will be processed after the student visa is approved and verified by our admissions & immigration team.
📄 To qualify, students must have:
Completed the entire course
Paid the coaching fee in advance
Filed the student visa through The Visa Tales
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after official confirmation of visa approval.
⚠️ Students who cancel, defer, or apply for the visa via a third party are not eligible for the refund.
