Welcome to TCE Central Hub - you can think of this as the main place for knowledge at TCE. Some call it a wiki where we put all of the resources in one place. You’ll find guides a playbooks for how to do your work in here as well.
A team wiki is a place to store centralised knowledge, increase transparency, and speed up work across the team. A well built out team wiki or knowledge hub is especially beneficial during a new employee’s onboarding process. When everything is documented in one place for learning about each teammate’s roles, responsibilities, and projects, this results in less meetings and random pings to find the answer to a question.
The Caffeine Experience (TCE) aims to establish itself as a successful social enterprise by offering a diverse range of high-quality coffee products, services, knowledge, and experiences. TCE's vision is to foster a community that provides support and opportunities for "willing-beneficiaries" to earn a living, develop social skills, learn biblical values, and master coffee-making skills. Their mission encompasses a comprehensive strategy to provide coffee-related offerings while fostering a sustainable environment for individuals seeking to enhance their lives. TCE's emphasis emphasises teamwork, sincerity, passion, and a positive attitude, guiding the organisation's culture and decision-making. The TCE Central Hub serves as a knowledge repository and onboarding resource, aiming to streamline work and facilitate team collaboration.

A VISION STATEMENT is the overall direction of our organisation. Our Vision is to grow successfully as a social enterprise, producing high-quality coffee products and sharing knowledge, while fostering a community that understands and is willing to lend a hand to help those who are part of society that some people want to isolate.
A MISSION PLAN is the broad scope plan that we have, to ensure we reach our vision; from successfully serving a wide range of Coffee products and knowledge to creating a sustainable environment for willing beneficiaries to overcome their past life and to start a new one. Naturally, we will set out to guide and train and to show the doorway to those who want to better themselves, yet we fully understand that unless they take the first step to walk through it, our efforts will be futile.
