Design and Maintain Website using WEBFLOW Platform:
Create an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly website design that aligns with your cafe's branding and values. Develop and implement a responsive design that ensures optimal viewing experience across different devices. Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate relevant content, such as menu items, promotions, and contact information. Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Deploy and Maintain QR Table Order and POS System:
Research and select a suitable QR table order and POS system that meets your cafe's requirements. Coordinate with vendors or IT service providers to install and configure the system. Customise the system to include your menu items, pricing, and any special features or promotions. Train staff on how to use the system effectively for order taking, payment processing, and inventory management. Regularly update the system with new menu items, pricing changes, or promotions. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise with the system. Design Promotions and Menu for TV and Standee:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing promotions and menu designs for display on TVs and standees within the cafe. Create eye-catching graphics, images, and animations that effectively communicate your promotions and menu offerings. Ensure that the designs are consistent with your cafe's branding and visual identity. Update the content and designs regularly to reflect new promotions, seasonal menus, or special events. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely installation and maintenance of the TV and standee displays. Monitor customer engagement and feedback to refine and improve the designs as needed. Social Media Management
