My goal was to differentiate my template from the more traditional career growth framework in a few key ways.

It should be inviting for the audience to read and inspiring for the author to write and maintain

It should be beautiful to look at and easily personalized, your career is a narrative not a checklist

It should be interactive, exploring it should feel like flipping through the pages of your career story
