1. Negative reviews on top job boards, Facebook and forums.
Firstly, we have analyzed employee reviews of C.R. England on different websites. In our proposal we would like to focus on the 1st search page on Google that is shown when people search
So, the problem is that the average rating is 2.3 at the moment and negative reviews are on top on most websites. For example, here’s the top Indeed review at the moment:
On Facebook:
The good news is that we can raise average rating to 3.3 (+43%) and bring positive reviews to the top.
2. Offensive and fake comments on your Facebook ads.
Secondly, we have analyzed comments on your Facebook ads running. The problem is that there are many negative comments with fake info or just insults:
Some more examples:
The problem is that such comments prevents some potential candidates from applying. As a result, they reduce the effectiveness of your ads and increases leads cost.
Currently we cannot improve Indeed rating but we can remove bad reviews from the top and add good reviews instead of them.
How we will do it:
By default, the reviews are sorted by date.
A new review is posted each 5-7 days. So, we’ll post a positive review every 2-4 days to stay at the top when sorting by date.
2. To be at the top by usefulness, we’ll find and like the most liked positive reviews so that the total number of “Helpful” marks on them will exceed the number of such marks on negative reviews.
3. We’ll mark the most popular negative reviews as “not helpful” to remove them from the top of the page.
We can make: 2.8 → 4.7 by posting about 100 positive reviews.
1.39M visitors/month.
Geo of visitors:
Comments on your Facebook ads
These problem is more important because it directly affects your ads cost and performance.
What we will do:
Monitor comments, delete comments like this and block users posting them:
2. Respond to negative (but not offensive) comments:
3. Like and respond to positive comments to make them displayed first.
We’ll do this work constantly, on a daily basis to neutralize negative comments’ impact on your ads.
Optionally: text analysis of the reviews
Our developer has extracted all the pros and cons from Indeed (4k reviews) and 350 reviews from Facebook. We can analyze pros and cons / positive and negative key words and get an overview of core advantages and disadvantages that drivers have mentioned.
Why do we think it’s needed?
In our opinion, text analysis will make our approach to reputation management more smart: we will emphasize strong points of your company and work with negative more effectively.
We will do our best to restore justice and make your employee reviews in digital better! Thank you.
