Solution & Growth points for Daniel Trucking International

1. Facebook ads on a professional level

From our conversation with Vlad we know that you were running Facebook ads but refused from it because you didn’t want your current drivers to see that ads. We understand you and know how to solve this problem: we can exclude your current/terminated drivers from ad campaigns so that they won’t see your ads. We always do that for all our clients.
We also know that you’re using Craiglist and Indeed to hire drivers and estimated spend is about 6,000/month on it. We used to test many channels for hiring drivers including most popular job boards (like Jobsintrucks.com; alltruckjobs.com; cdllife.com), Bing, Google, TikTok, etc. but came to a conclusion that Facebook is one the best channels at the moment. Why? Just because about 85% of American truck drivers are active Facebook users. So, if Facebook ads are designed and set up correctly, it will perform better than any other channel and in your case it will cost at least twice less than Craiglist and Indeed.
So we strongly recommend you launching Facebook ads again but do it another way.
Why can we do it better than others?
We design ads focusing on drivers’ core pains and challenges. We have conducted a research based on all our communication with 130+ thousand drivers for three years to understand what is really important for drivers while choosing a job. Our ads is top-performing because we speak the same language with drivers.
Our designers regularly create new ads for our current clients and we’re constantly a/b testing them to get better results.
We always fine tune ad campaigns to make them as cost effective as possible. Thus, we avoid typical mistakes: we show ads only to people from relevant locations, don’t show ads to your current/terminated/disqualified drivers, connect your Applicant Tracking System (Tenstreet/DriverReach) with Facebook that also makes your ads perform better, etc.
Examples of ads we’ve launched for some of our clients:

Automated responses on Facebook
If we launch Facebook ads, some people will visit your page. So, we’d set up frequently asked questions and automated responses on your Facebook messenger. An interested candidate should be able to ask any relevant question/apply for a job on your page even when you are not online. That’s how it works:

2. Connecting your ATS with Facebook

We may set up integration between Tenstreet and Facebook so that applicants info goes to your ATS automatically. It will optimize your ads (make it more effective) and hiring process in general by saving your time (hence, your money).
Group 80.png

We know that you’re using Tenstreet at the moment but we’d recommend you to explore DriverReach instead. There 3 main reasons:
DriverReach has much more user-friendly interface and it will be easier to teach your future recruiter(s) to work there;
DriverReach is more cost-effective and it’s support is more responsive and helpful;
Its inbuilt text messages/emails senders have wider functionality and you won’t have to use any external services.
Driverreach pricing depends on your fleet size, per their website an estimated price for 30 trucks is $410/mo (premium plan).
3. We will help you contact interested candidates in 30 sec and not spend time on irrelevant ones
As far as now Vlad communicates with drivers, we suggest setting up our automated software tools that will save his time and let him communicate only with relevant candidates.
Autocaller
This is our killer feature. Nobody else in the industry has anything like this. This software tool automatically connects you with candidates in 30 seconds after filling a job application.
How it works: an interested driver fills out an application on your website or on Facebook. Vlad (later your recruiter) immediately gets an inbound call and a robotic voice says the information about a candidate who has just filled an online application. Then Vlad will be connected with the candidate automatically.
This tool will save your time and help you contact drivers faster than your competitors.
Automated emails/text messages

We suggest setting up automated messages/emails for you because they help all our clients hire more drivers and save their time.
How it works: an interested driver sees your Facebook ads and applies. This moment he receives an automated text message and an email with the link to the full application (Like Tenstreet Intelliapp).
If the driver doesn’t respond to your calls, he or she is automatically sent messages like this (several messages during a month):
image.png
In addition, drivers can respond to our automated emails and text messages. Thus, if a driver texts back with any questions, you can respond directly from your Gmail interface due to special software that we share with our clients.
All in all, we will help you connect with interested candidates within seconds and candidates who don’t respond will be followed up automatically with text messages/emails.
4. Web-site is not functioning

As far as your website is not functioning at the moment, we can create a professional landing page for hiring drivers. Your potential employees should be able to google “Daniel Trucking International”, go to your website to get info about the company and apply.
We have vast experience in developing targeted landing pages for hiring drivers. You may see our recent cases below:

You have a good job offer and it’s necessary to show it in the best light. To do it you need to have a unique corporate identity and design. So, we can also develop a corporate Facebook page design for you to make it more attractive. Anyway, it’s also important to create a LinkedIn page for your company.
5. Improving your reviews in digital

We’ve found reviews about Daniel Trucking International as an employer and though there are a few of them it seems that they are undeservedly bad. For example, here’s your Google rating:
image.png
Why is digital reputation important? According to our own 3 years experience of assisting US trucking companies, most candidates mention good reviews of the company online as one of the main reasons to join.
We have our own methodology of improving ratings. That’s what results we can reach for you for 3 months:

Google: 3.9 → 4.7
Facebook: 3 → 4.9
Indeed: 4 → 5
Moreover, we will mark positive reviews as helpful (by liking them) to keep them at the top. It’s important that positive reviews are seen first. For example, this review about your company is at the top on Indeed now:

6. Hiring a remote recruiter

We discussed with Vlad that hiring a remote recruiter (for example in Ukraine) would be a great growth point for your company. This recruiter could pre-qualify candidates. He or she should always keep in touch with us and we would teach them how to work with our tools and process applicants properly.
One remote recruiter from Ukraine with good English verbal skills requires about $1,000/month. Talking about the US, a recruiting specialist there requires about $4,500/month. So, one remote recruiter for really low budget would increase your hiring capacity a lot.
For example, we built a remote recruiting department in Macedonia for one US carrier. We found recruiters, trained them and set up all the processes. This department has been already working successfully for 3 years and hire 45-50 drivers monthly.
We have prepared a Growth Plan specially for Daniel Trucking International
During the 1st month we suggest focusing on Facebook ads, branding, tuning your ATS and setting up our own software tools. It will help you fill your 20 empty trucks and build the foundation of your recruiting system. So, here’s the plan for the 1st month:
1. Tasks for the 1st month:

collect information;
develop custom tags & statuses on Tenstreet/DriverReach (it depends on what system you finally choose);
set up the IT system and develop ads design;
Facebook page design and setting up automated responses;
launch an advertising campaign on Facebook;
after finishing setup of our IT & marketing system we will train you to work with a consistent flow of relevant candidates. We will support/consult you all the time.

The 1st month costs $3,400.
2. After the 1st month:

If you’re satisfied with our work we’ll continue and bring you enough driver leads to fill your tucks. We may bring you as many drivers as you want, it depends on your marketing budget. We, on our part, guarantee spending your budget in the most effective way.
P.S. We work with different carriers: from small ones to 1300 trucks and our clients hire from 5 drivers monthly to 60+.
Important point: the first 1-2 months are the most expensive because we build a foundation of your recruiting system during this time. Next months will cost less.

Our work is transparent and measurable: you will be able to track it online

1. You’ll have an access to a dashboard with all the analytics (example below):

You will get access to the number of incoming calls, number of leads, cost per lead, ad design, drip campaigns effectiveness, etc.

Every task by every specialist will be evaluated in a timely manner and reported to you at the end of the month.
Our services for the first month are paid in advance, and on a "pay-as-you-go" basis monthly thereafter.
Important:
$3,400 for the 1st month is the maximum possible cost. The example with Silvicom showed that with instant feedback from the client, we can set up everything much faster: in 15-18 business days. You also need to consider that if the setup and launch requires less than $3400 in the first month, then the remaining budget will just go to the next month.
We’re looking forward to your response!

The Leadgamp team.
