Weekly Summary This week our team made headway across a few of our active pursuits: for the Transit Hub Upgrade we delivered a presentation to the owner’s representative, Bob, and followed it up with a detailed interview to clarify requirements; at Pinewood Estates we reconvened to incorporate feedback from our initial presentation and then successfully presented the finalized proposal; and on Riverfront Plaza, Todd confirmed we have a very strong chance of winning the contract, with only a routine insurance review remaining as part of their due-diligence process.
