Over three months, you’ll participate in 1-2 virtual meetups per month, where you’ll receive personalized advice, feedback, and strategies to strengthen your job applications and interviews. This is your chance to learn directly from someone who has navigated the career path you’re pursuing and gain the confidence to reach your goals.

Apply: Fill out our mentor application form, providing details about your professional background, areas of expertise, and mentoring preferences.
Get Matched: We match you with mentor(s) who can benefit from your specific knowledge and experience.
Connect: Connect with your mentor through LinkedIn.
Mentor: Provide guidance, share insights, and support your mentees as they navigate their career journeys using
