About the role

Telebort is looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team to build educational software and platforms to further impact millions of young children in Malaysia. We are seeking talents who are passionate about AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to work on

and other chatbot-related projects.

You will play an important role in

Work on various assignment-based projects assigned by the lead developer.

Constantly work with users to understand their feedback and needs.

Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models. Read

Create wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes using Miro and Figma.

Create conversational flows and tune for machine-human conversations

Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.

Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments.

Develop dynamic and responsive web interfaces.

Actively participate in code reviews.

Design, develop and maintain web applications, code documentation, and style guidelines.

Participate in Telebort’s core and on-demand programs and community events to understand the needs of stakeholders (e.g., parent, student, teacher, and learning center).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

You have an excellent academic background in Computer Sciences/ Engineering/ Mathematical/ Statistics or any other related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working knowledge of languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, R, SQL, and C++.

Have the ability to design, develop, implement, and test chatbot applications using machine learning algorithms.

Experience with Keras/Tensorflow/Pytorch is a plus

Able to discuss and solve complex problems.

Picking things up quickly and always willing to share knowledge with others.

Being able to convey ideas clearly to team members from various backgrounds.

You love teaching and are eager to shape the skills and minds of the next generation.

You are fluent in English and are good at communicating your ideas.

You want to contribute positive impacts to society using your skills and knowledge.

You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.

You can work flexible hours.
