What do I mean by Operational Mindset?

How my company operates - from back-office systems to customer tracking to etc etc, I crave that knowledge. It helps me understand where the profit is, where our internal blockers to scale might be, and how my stakeholders live their days.

How my team operates - I was so geeked out when “Product Operations” became an actual thing, since i had focused on it so much in my career. Research, Analytics, PM Growth Frameworks.

How my users operate - Yes, this is a journey. But I LOVE to dive deeper into their daily lives beyond a simple “journey poster”. Tell me what tools they use, who they interact with… how they operate. And I’m whole.
