Executive Leadership

Talent Acquisition cannot achieve desired objectives without clear targets. If able, please do share any established DEI&B goals and metrics with your team. If these benchmarks are not yet available, kindly collaborate with your HR Business Partners or relevant colleagues to develop and disseminate them.
Get your ERGs off the ground and/or dusted off and ask your TA team to contribute to their efforts whenever and wherever they can
If you have a Recruiter or Sourcer who comes to you who is passionate about DEI&B take them seriously and use that energy for all it’s worth.

Hiring Managers & Employees

If you have specific areas on your team that you feel are underrepresented, let TA Leadership and your TA team.
Silence is a form of consent (many more if you’re looking for inspiration)
Aren’t you a member of both your company AND your underrepresented community? You can and should proudly represent both 💪
