About me

This tool is my way of pushing back. A small rebellion if you will. A way to make sure that people like my mom — overlooked, underestimated, and underrepresented — don’t get left out of the pipeline before they’ve even had a shot.
Because talent is everywhere.
Opportunity should be too.
And diverse perspectives aren’t just nice to have —
