Every [hour] an automation bot runs which pushes this button:
Push buttons to Notify Staff
That button pushes all the previously un-pushed “Notify Staff of Submission” buttons in the “Submit Questions about Convo Table”. This sends an email to [Dan@MoravianMission.org] to notify that a new submission has come it. It contains the Name of the person submitted and the “Question/Concern”. (It also marks the “notification sent” box in the row.
When the email is received, you can click on the table's name in the body of the email to be brought back to this page.
Open the row - read the submission.
Complete “Response Step 1” by entering the text of your response in the open row view.
When there is text in the “Email Response” canvas column, then you can complete “Response Step 2” by pushing the button in the open row view to email the response to the email given when the submission came in. (Pushing the button will automatically set the “Date Responded” column to that date.)
Boom! You are done - and we have a record of questions and responses which all staff can see.
