🌟 Purpose of the Interview

The goal of the interview is not to confirm what’s already on the resume — it’s to test for:
Communication skills (especially in English).
Cultural fit (warm, reliable, guest-first mindset).
Problem-solving ability (can they think beyond a script?).
Professionalism (showing up on time, prepared, respectful).

✅ Interview Setup

Tool: Zoom or Google Meet (video ON).
Time: 20–30 minutes (max).
Prep: Have their resume, video intro notes, and any test task results handy.
Mindset: You’re interviewing for a team member, not a freelancer.
