1. Who is our Point of Contact?

To provide for the most streamlined experience, there are different POCs at the different stages of your retreat.
Retreat planner:
responsible for your schedule, arranging activities, booking restaurants and communicating with the different providers, depending on your retreat setup
Whether you’re staying at apartments, a villa or a hotel, there will always be someone on the premises to help with any immediate accommodation issues
at the accommodation

2. Unexpected situations (i.e. electricity outage etc)

Please communicate any unexpected situations at the accommodation with your accommodation POC as soon as possible. They will be able to provide the quickest assistance.

3. Internet, technical issues (i.e. projector)

If you need any specific work setup, please let us know in advance so we can arrange to have it prepared/communicated with the provider. I.e. most of our accommodation partners have projectors at the property but they are not set up by default, as each group will have specific requirements.

4. Room issues

If once you arrive there is anything you’d like to address in your room (setup, extra towels, sheets etc) please communicate with your
POC. They will be happy to arrange anything required for you to have a pleasant stay.
If you notice that something is missing, not working, or otherwise not what you expected when you check in, please also communicate with your accommodation.
If you can’t reach your host, or they don’t respond, please let us know. Make sure to photograph or document your issue as this will help us understand what you're experiencing.
