Remove Saudi Arabia (SA) from WP IR/ Retail Enrolment.

There won’t be any IR / Retail Enrolment for Saudi Arabia under World Plan from 12:00 AM.

Impacted applications are:

WP IR / Retail Enrolment Module on Web.

WP IR Enrolment on Mobile

Enable VO system maintenance for WP Saudi Arabia on web and mobile app.

This is a 16 hour blocker only for Saudi Arabian IRs / Retail Customers under World Plan.

The system maintenance will be lifted at 04:00 PM after successfully release MY NETWORK site.

Strategy:

This will stop any new transactions happening on sales week 31 under WP Saudi Arabia.

Other WP IRs still can access WP VO / Estore / Mobile until 08:00 AM.

Risk:

System downtime can be extended if we couldn’t finish E2E testing on Local Plan. (Low Risk)

Start and Finish deployment of MY NETWORK / KSA localization.

Any Saudi Arabian IRs may not have access to the KSA local sites. The access will be granted after force migration (schedule at 04:00 PM).

All the global staff sites will not be accessible for by GSC/staff during the time of deployment.

IT will announce the site release to production at 04:00 PM.
