An experienced designer, strategist, and product thinker, Akshay brings over 12 years of multi-disciplinary expertise across UI/UX, product design, visual communication, business strategy, and efficiency optimization .
Currently pursuing an Advanced Certification in Product Management from IIT Indore, he is passionate about leveraging design thinking and data-driven insights to shape practical, scalable solutions for Indian businesses.

Akshay believes that true design is a catalyst for change — a philosophy deeply embedded in the DNA of Sterling Arcus.
