3. Responsibilities

Ho‘ohana Whoo Will:
Maintain current pricing and parts list
Fulfill orders promptly and communicate availability
Deliver or prepare items based on agreed method
Track purchases and send invoices or receipts

Submit clear orders or restock needs
Pay on delivery or per invoice terms

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Retail pricing per item listed in parts menu

Payment via Square, Venmo, cash, or Net 7 terms for partner fleets

5. Term & Termination

This agreement is valid for a rolling 90-day term
May be renewed or canceled with 7-day written notice
Any unsold resale inventory may be returned under specific conditions
