Moonshot idea is an ambitious, groundbreaking plan or project which is almost impossible. Moonshot Thinking is shooting for the Moon. Moonshots live between audaciousness and impossibility.
To create this solution, we should not be thinking in terms of 10% improvement in results but focus on a solution that will give you 10X (ten times) improvements or completely solve the problem. Moonshot thinking requires disruption from the normal - in our business, in our process, and within our minds.
