As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will be the sourcing subject matter expert using various channels to look for high quality potential candidates for positions in a variety of functions including; Operations, Product, Engineering, and Technical. Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews. You may also be required to manage the candidate database and record hiring conversion rates. ​What You'll Do ​Develop both local and international talent pipelines of high quality candidates for positions in a variety of functions including; Operations, Product, Engineering, and Technical.
Identify and engage the best Tech talent to be part of our network
Coordinate with Hiring Managers & Recruiters to determine position requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards, lists, search engines, social media, etc.
Who You Are
Possess 3 plus years of experience with sourcing and applicant tracking systems, experience sourcing talent in the tech industry preferred
Proficiency in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques in addition to demonstrated ability to develop targeted sourcing campaigns
Ability to partner with key stakeholders to understand each role, support, and follow up during the recruitment process
Experienced with using modern recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (preferred)
Data-driven, researching and gathering market intelligence to support hiring decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a high degree of professionalism
Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones in addition to onsite at our Warsaw office location
