Donor Retention Report: The purpose of the report is to see the overall donor retention rate for two full years. Based on the two columns ‘Total Gifts Two Years Ago’ and ‘Total Gifts Last Year’, a bucket column categorizes the record as ‘Not Retained’ or ‘Retained’. The Donut chart makes it easier to understand visually. It also allows to drill down.

Communication Capability Report: The purpose of this report is to group the set of contacts based on two formula fields created on the Contact:- Communication Capability and Has Phone? Report displays contact records showing values ‘Address and Email’, ‘Only Email’ or ‘Only Address’ for Communication Capability column. For ‘Has Phone’ column, you will see value ‘Has Phone’ or ‘No Phone’. This makes it easy to understand and work with the report.

Levels with Engagement Plan Template Type Report
This report shows the different level part of the Engagement Plan Templates. It also displays the minimum and maximum amount that defines the ‘Level’.
