Setting Up Webhooks

Connect DM Champ to your other systems with webhooks:

Go to Settings, then click "Webhook".

Enter your webhook URL (you'll get this from your external system, like your CRM).

Choose which events you want to trigger the webhook:

Contact Created

Human Alerted

Appointment Booked

Select any tags that should trigger webhooks.

For specific tags, you can check "Generate Summary" to include a conversation summary.

Testing your webhook:

Click "Send Test Event" after entering the webhook URL

Check your external system to make sure it got the test data

Click "Save" to activate your webhook settings.

For a full test, try sending a campaign to yourself or work with an incoming campaign.

Now your DM Champ is connected and sharing data with your other systems!
