Biomes are the major ecosystems; we will be looking at their characteristics and biodiversity levels.

Tropical Rainforest: Has rain all year round, evergreen, very high biodiversity.
Savannah: dry tropical grassland, medium level biodiversity.
Dessert: Dry and harsh climate, very hot at day and cold at night, very little rainfall.
Nocturnals: Animals found in desert, sleep during day and active during night.
Xerophytes: Plants found in desert.
4. Tundra: very cold, arctic; found in the mountain regions, very low level of biodiversity.
5. Polar Ice: very cold and have little water, have low biodiversity.
