Kong Manager: Configure Proxy-Cache for a Service
Navigation: Plugins > New Plugin
Add New Plugin
Enable Proxy-Cache for the plugin that you created.
Configuration: Use the following parameters (see screenshot)
Service: httpbin - <service id>
Config Strategy: memory
