What is the current Coda plan you have? Free? Pro? Team? Enterprise?

Are there any API workflows connected to your document? Do you have any scripts that either read data from Coda or create table data in Coda? Do you use webhook invoked automations?

Do your docs rely heavily on tables and formulas, or are they more text-driven?

Do you use cross-doc connections? If yes, how many docs are linked together, how many tables are brought into a single doc, and why did you choose to use cross-doc

Do you use Packs (e.g., Gmail, Slack, GDrive, etc.)? If so, which ones?

Do you use automations? If so, what types (e.g., notifications, data syncing, task creation), and how many in this doc?

Are you using Canvas formulas or controls (buttons, sliders, etc.) frequently?

How many docs does your workflow consist of? Is it one single document, or is it a workflow spread across multiple documents? Some workflows are not confined to a single document, but utilize multiple documents through cross-doc or other methods

What key workflows or processes currently run in Coda (e.g., project management, CRM, OKRs, reporting)?

Which other tools do you integrate with Coda (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Sheets)? How are they integrated? (API, Pack, etc.)

Are there currently manual steps you’d like to automate? And vice versa; are there automated steps that should become manual?

Do different teams collaborate within the same doc or across multiple docs?

What specific performance concerns do you have? Explain the pain-points around your documents performance, speed, load-time, etc. I want to know what your team is saying on their most cynical days

What’s hardest or most confusing about your current doc? This is un-related to performance. Are there any aspects to your documents or pages that are confusing or un-necessarily redundant for your users.

If you could wave a magic wand, what would you want your ideal doc setup to do for you?

Are there specific features or templates you wish Coda had? Specifically in relation to this workflow or this document we will be auditing

What are your goals for Coda over the next 6–12 months? This can be doc or non-doc specific

Do you plan to onboard more teams or scale usage?

Who are the main stakeholders for this audit and the doc(s) in question?

How is access currently managed (workspace-wide, doc-by-doc, folder-level)?

Who maintains your docs when changes are needed?

What is your data retention policy? Do you ever delete data/rows from your coda table? Do you ever archive data/rows from your coda tables? Is that deleting / archiving defined and automated or random and sporadic?

Do you have any redundant or outdated docs or tables you’d like to consolidate?

Are there any particular tables/views/filters that take a long time to load or scroll through? Don’t worry if you don’t know off top-of-hand. We have different scripts we will run to dive in deeper later on

Are there pages that feel slow to open or edit?

Do you embed other docs, packs, or heavy visual elements (e.g., large images, synced tables)?
