What we do

The DSE Personalization Data Engineering team is responsible for creating clean, easy to use datasets that enable the evolution and understanding of the product. These datasets can be used for closing the feedback loop for algorithm teams or surfacing insights about the performance of the product (algorithms and/or user behavior insights).

The Personalization Data Engineering team:

Supports algorithm innovation by building “data feeds” that will be used as feedback in model training and scoring

Creates rich ‘core’ datasets that are used broadly across personalization, product analytics and other DE teams.

Owns frameworks that enrich and attribute raw member-activity data to enable self-service style innovation downstream

Makes algorithm-related data broadly/easily accessible to as much of the company as possible
