We are a mission-driven startup committed to enabling women entrepreneurs to run their businesses more effectively. We leverage industry best practices and AI to connect what they’re doing with why they’re doing it, driving impact-driven decision-making. As we develop our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we are looking for a UI/UX Developer Co-op to help create a seamless and intuitive user experience for our platform.
What You'll Do:
UI/UX Development for MVP: Work directly with the product team to create and iterate on multiple versions of the UI/UX for the MVP based on real user feedback. User Research & Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user testing to refine user workflows, pain points, and UI friction. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Front-End Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement designs in a responsive, accessible, and scalable manner. AI-Powered Features: Support the design of AI-driven features that enhance the productivity and decision-making of our users. Feedback-Driven Iteration: Work in an agile environment by gathering, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from women entrepreneurs, advisors, and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For:
Fundamental UI/UX skills, including experience with user research, wireframing, and interaction design. Experience with Design Tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Some knowledge of Front-End Development (JavaScript) is preferred but not required. High attention to user-centric design thinking and usability best practices. Passion for entrepreneurship, AI-driven solutions, and empowering women-led businesses. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. What You’ll Gain:
