We are a mission-driven startup dedicated to enabling women entrepreneurs to run their businesses more effectively. By leveraging AI and industry best practices, we help entrepreneurs connect what they’re doing with why they’re doing it. As we develop our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and scale our technology, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute directly to our product development.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and Improve the MVP: Work on front-end and back-end development to build, test, and iterate product features based on user feedback. UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure smooth and intuitive user interfaces. Database & API Development: Design, develop, and maintain databases, APIs, and backend logic to support product functionality. AI-Powered Features: Work on integrating AI-driven functionalities that enhance user experience and decision-making. Code Optimization & Performance: Write efficient, scalable, and clean code while following best practices in full-stack development. Agile Development Process: Participate in weekly development meetings, sprint planning, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, optimize the product for performance, and contribute to product stability. What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar). Database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or similar). Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Some knowledge of DevOps, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD tools is a plus. Passion for entrepreneurship, AI-driven solutions, and women’s empowerment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines and evolving requirements. What You’ll Gain:
