A vegan diet generally consists of made from plants which is very nutritious and healthy , with all this a vegan diet is considered as the best diet for an individual because it encompasses all kind of vitamins and proteins except fat.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES LEGUMES SUCH AS PEAS, BEANS AND LENTILS
NUTS AND SEEDS
BREADS , RICE AND PASTA
VEGETABLE OILS
DAIRY ALTERNATIVES SUCH AS SOYAMILK , COCONUT MILK AND ALMOND MILK .

Vegans can’t eat any foods made from animals and their skin , including:
BEEF , PORK , LAMB , AND OTHER RED MEAT
CHICKEN , DUCK AND POULTRY
EGGS
CHEESE AND BUTTER
MAYONNAISE as it includes egg yolk

HEALTH BENEFITS

Studies show that vegans have better heart health and lower odds of having certain diseases. Those who skip meat have less of a chance of becoming obese or getting heart disease , high cholesterol , and high blood pressure . Vegans are likely to live a longer life as it helps in cutting down daily calories.
