Campus Ambassador Incentive Plan

Incentive Structure

1. Initial Referral Bonus

Eligibility: Ambassadors must refer 10 qualified leads to earn the bonus.
Definition of a Qualified Lead: A candidate who passes our internal screening process and is deemed suitable for placement.
Reward: A one-time bonus of $100 upon meeting the 10-lead threshold.
Example:
Ambassador A refers 10 qualified leads.
Reward: $100 (for the first 10 leads).

2. Performance-Based Monthly Incentive

Eligibility: Applies to consultants referred by the ambassador who are successfully placed on projects.
Reward: $80/month for the next 5 months for each successfully placed consultant.
Example Calculation:
Ambassador B refers 15 consultants:
12 pass the screening process.
10 get placed on projects.
Monthly Incentive: $80 x 10 consultants x 5 months = $4,000.

3. One-Time Milestone Bonuses

These bonuses are designed to further incentivize high performance and reward exceptional contributions.

Milestones:

90 Qualified Leads:
Reward: $900 extra.
