Week 1: Preparation and Recruitment (Jan 15–Jan 19)

Target College Identification:
Select 20-30 universities
Identify specific clubs (eg technical, consulting, or project-based) as key partners.
Outreach Setup:
Post campus ambassador openings on platforms like Handshake and LinkedIn.
Personalized email templates to approach placement cells, student organizations, and club leaders.
Onboarding Preparation:
Prepare a concise onboarding guide explaining:
Program goals and ambassador responsibilities.
Google Sheets- they’ll use to log leads and progress

Week 2: Onboarding and Activation (Jan 22–Jan 26)

Virtual Kickoff Session:
Conduct a 1 hour virtual session to:
Introduce ConsultAdd and the program.
Share tips for lead generation and outreach- college groups, whatsapp groups, college clubs
Ambassador Activation:
Ambassadors begin sharing ConsultAdd’s job postings and reaching out to peers.
Weekly target: 5–10 qualified leads per ambassador.

Weeks 3–4: Execution and Scaling (Jan 29–Feb 9)

Lead Generation:
Ambassadors log leads (contact details of potential employees) on a shared Google Sheet.
Weekly tracking to ensure accountability.
Low-Cost Events:
Ambassadors organize small-scale virtual events:
Topics like “Careers in IT Consulting” or “Mastering C2C/W2 Roles.”
Use free tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
ConsultAdd professionals host 1-2 webinars during this phase.
Social Media Engagement:
Encourage ambassadors to promote ConsultAdd’s branding on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Performance Monitoring:
Weekly sync-ups with ambassadors to assess progress and provide support.
Recognize top-performing ambassadors with LinkedIn endorsements or shoutouts.

Projected Outcomes

Lead Generation:
150–200 qualified leads across all ambassadors.
Anticipate a 10-15% conversion rate into active consultants.
Brand Awareness:
Strengthen ConsultAdd’s reputation in target universities.
Scalable Model:
Establish a framework that can be replicated in other regions.
