Setting up the Tremendous Integration for Quick and Easy Commission Payouts with Shinara

Shinara has integration with Tremendous to provide a seamless payout solution for your affiliates. This integration allows you to send universal payouts to your affiliates via their email address. Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Set up your Tremendous Account

Connect your Tremendous account to Shinara

Send payouts with ease from within the Shinara dashboard

Step 1: Set up your Tremendous Account

Create a free account on Tremendous by visiting their website and clicking "Send rewards".

Once signed up, add funds to your account:

Go to the "Billing" tab in the left navigation menu

Click "Add Funds"

US users can add funds via bank account or credit card

International users can create an invoice and add funds via bank wire

Create a campaign to configure payout options:

Navigate to the "Campaign Templates" tab

Create a new campaign

Select payout methods for your affiliates (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards)

Customize the redemption webpage and email that affiliates will see

Customize your campaign:

Edit the webpage: Add your brand logo, adjust colors, and customize the message

Edit the email: Customize the sender name, subject line, and message

Name your campaign

Step 2: Connect your Tremendous account to Shinara

In Tremendous, go to "Team Settings" > "Developers"

Request an API key by clicking "Request production API access"

Note: Approval may take up to a few days

Once approved, generate a new API key

In your Shinara dashboard:

Go to the "Integrations" tab

Click "Tremendous" under the Connect Payout Provider

Paste your API key and click "Save"

Select your Tremendous campaign template from the dropdown

Choose your funding source (the balance you uploaded)

Click "Save" to complete the integration

Step 3: Send Payouts from the Shinara Dashboard

Once the Tremendous integration is set up, you can easily send payouts:

Navigate to the "Payouts" tab in your Shinara dashboard

For individual payments:

Click on the affiliate you want to pay

Click "Pay All" to pay all pending commissions, or "Send Payment" next to specific orders

Confirm the payment in the pop-up

For bulk payments:

Select multiple affiliates from the "Payouts" tab

Click "Pay All Selected"

Confirm the bulk payout in the pop-up

Payment Schedule and Frequency

For Automated Payments, Shinara processes affiliate payments on a monthly basis. Typically, payments are initiated within the first week of each month for the previous month's earnings. However, the exact payment date may vary, so please refer to your affiliate agreement or contact our support team for specific details.

Minimum Payout Threshold

Shinara has set a minimum payout threshold to ensure cost-effective processing of payments. The current minimum payout amount is [insert amount here, e.g., $50]. Commissions will accumulate in your account until this threshold is reached. Once met, your payment will be included in the next scheduled payout.

Currency and Exchange Rates

PayPal MassPay allows Shinara to send payments in various currencies. By default, we send payments in US Dollars (USD). If your PayPal account is set to a different currency, PayPal will automatically convert the funds at their current exchange rate. Please note that currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the affiliate.

Enable W-9 form collection for tax purposes:

Go to "Billing" > "Tax Documents" in your Tremendous dashboard

Recipients earning $600+ will be asked to fill out a W-9 form

Activate low balance notifications:

Go to "Billing" > "Account balance" in your Tremendous dashboard

Set up email alerts when your balance drops below a specified amount
