What is PayPal MassPay?

PayPal MassPay is a bulk payment service that allows Shinara to send payments to multiple affiliates simultaneously. This streamlined process ensures that all eligible affiliates receive their commissions quickly and securely.

How PayPal MassPay Works with Shinara

Shinara generates a list of all affiliates due for payment, including their PayPal email addresses and commission amounts.

We initiate a mass payment through PayPal, uploading the payment data.

PayPal processes the payment and distributes the funds to each affiliate's PayPal account.

Affiliates receive their commissions directly in their PayPal accounts, usually within 1-2 business days.

Step 1: Get Paypal Credentials

Go to the

and make sure you are logged into your account.

After you are logged in, click on Developer at the top right side of the page to get to the

PayPal Developer Website⁠

Confirm your account has payouts enabled by clicking the My Account option on the left menu. (Look for a green checkbox in the Live column for the Payouts item. If there isn't a green checkbox you will see an Enable link instead. Click the link and fill out the information PayPal requires to enable Payouts.)

To get to My Apps and Credentials click on your Profile name and select Dashboard or visit this direct link to get back to

Under App Name type in Shinara Affiliate Payout. Click Create App.

Click Show under the Secret.

Step 2: Integrating PayPal Mass Pay with Shinara

To set up PayPal Mass Pay for your Shinara affiliate payouts, follow these steps:

In your Shinara dashboard:

Go to the "Integrations" tab

Click "PayPal" under the Connect Payout Provider

Paste your Paypal Client Id, Secret and click "Save"

Paste these credentials into the corresponding fields in your Shinara dashboard.

Step 3: Send Payouts from the Shinara Dashboard

Once the Paypal integration is set up, you can easily send payouts:

Navigate to the "Payouts" tab in your Shinara dashboard

For individual payments:

Click on the affiliate you want to pay

Click "Pay All" to pay all pending commissions, or "Send Payment" next to specific orders

Confirm the payment in the pop-up

For bulk payments:

Select multiple affiliates from the "Payouts" tab

Click "Pay All Selected"

Confirm the bulk payout in the pop-up

Requirements for Affiliates

To receive payments via PayPal MassPay, affiliates must:

Have an active PayPal account.

Ensure their PayPal email address is correctly entered in their Shinara affiliate dashboard.

Meet the minimum payout threshold set by Shinara (refer to your affiliate agreement for specific details).

Comply with all Shinara affiliate program terms and conditions.

Setting Up PayPal for MassPay in Your Shinara Account

Navigate to the "Payment Settings" or "Profile" section.

Locate the field for PayPal email address.

Enter or update your PayPal email address.

Double-check the email address for accuracy.

Save your changes.

Payment Schedule and Frequency

For Automated Payments, Shinara processes affiliate payments on a monthly basis. Typically, payments are initiated within the first week of each month for the previous month's earnings. However, the exact payment date may vary, so please refer to your affiliate agreement or contact our support team for specific details.

Minimum Payout Threshold

Shinara has set a minimum payout threshold to ensure cost-effective processing of payments. The current minimum payout amount is [insert amount here, e.g., $50]. Update your PayPal email address.

Save your changes.

Please note that changes to your PayPal email address may take up to 24 hours to process in our system.
