While with the Pinterest team at MarketStar, I designed highly interactive desk guides for our teams. These were designed to be visually striking, highly informative, and an interactive reference tool for the user.

Product Certification Guide

This guide was designed to serve a few purposes: a checklist for users to mark off what topics they had studied, provide information about office hours during the study period, provide pacing guide with timeframes for the certification, and direct users to the intranet link with more information.

Segmentation Guides

These guides for made for the SDR function on the team. SDR was responsible for accurately segmenting leads for the Partner Managers based on spend of an advertiser as well as accurately sending leads to the Agency and Direct Business units. These guides were built after new segmentation guidelines were launched and were used frequently by the team when sourcing and working leads.
