Wednesday was the hardest day, in the evening I started getting the scared dread feeling plus the burning pain and the louder than normal ringing made it so I finally broke down and cried. Ashley consoled me. Took Xanax and finally calmed down and the loud subway feeling went away and I slept well. Wokeup Thursday feeling scared and tired all day until the evening I was great and stayed up super late working till 3:30am. Friday was a bit better but I had to eat a lot of ice cubes and frozen blue berries. I took a lot of Tramadol but it just wonโt over come the burning to the level I want it to releave.

Monday got a lot better even though I had to take a lot more meds the pain remained stable and bearable, but the tinnitus was really distracting and was louder than the fans in the living room, I took Xanax to help me relax and fall asleep. It knocks you right out.

The weekend was really painful and I couldnโt get relief from the pain meds, so Ashley gave me some Oxy or something and it helped on Saturday but not Sunday. When I sit on the couch it was the worse, so I got up to walk around a lot to ease the pain and slept a lot since I was so terribly sedated from the meds, and I felt delirium and bordering on scared so Ashley stayed over all weekend to comfort me. I ate a lot of blue berries and ice cubes that really help a lot and ice packs.

On Thurs Feb.8 at 10am when I got up to work on the couch my ears worn just burning the worst since it started. I had to take 3 and I didn't sleep last night at all, I stayed awake until the sun came up, Im pretty tired.

Started after my nausea gut pain dizzy session which has been a couple of weeks after a month long cold. But this ear pain is like clock work. Still donโt understand why. Hope it goes away soon. Seems manageable with more drugs and hurts less when I stand up. Itโs been over 18 days now with this flare-up which includes bouts of louder ear ringing and burning ears in bed that requires ice pack. The added pain meds makes me stay up until the sun comes up and nap during the day just to keep up.

I was fine all day with minimal pain until the evening when the burning and ringing and the anxiety attack started. The sound is overwhelming in the house too. Took anxiety meds and pain meds and went for a walk to help.

Wokeup in the middle of the nite with burning ears and took 200mg of Tramadol which isnโt working. So I havenโt slept yet. The drugs keep me awake.
Sunday and Monday were pretty hard days. Even taking 600mg of tramadol doesnโt help. Just lots of ice packs and standing and walking around seemed to be better than sitting on the coach.
Today has been the best. I havenโt felt any ear burning. Just sedations from lack of sleep and the over abundant amount of tramadol in my system. Hard to stay awake and work and Iโm frightened and feel vulnerable.
I also had a terror/anxiety attack today, I was just frightened to my bones all day, I just wanted to wrap myself in a blanket and sleep, but canโt escape the burning ear pain, I donโt know what causes it, but doing enemas seems to help. I took an anxiety pill hopefully it helps. I love you Lord, please give me peace that transcends all understanding.

Flare up started after returning from Colon Hydrotherapy around 6pm and had to increase dosage of tramadol and ice my head and neck

Found a bag of Mexican candies in the garage suckers and hard candies. Have been eating a large amount of it and caused me stomach pain one afternoon. Started during the 3 week of this terrible gut issue causing me to vomit, nausea and dizziness which has left me debilitated for many days now. Just been eating fruit only. It comes and guys perhaps because of instability or because of nuts almond and peanuts. It started one night after eating a large handful of raw almonds. Finally went to see Rachel for hydro therapy Aug 1st even though I was utterly exhausted and it worked the next day I was totally fine again. So relieved. So itโs a toxic blockage. Going to see her again next week Wednesday

Started at around 11:30pm after dinner which was 4 cheese burgers and french fries sitting on the coach. Felt the heat coming on earlier in the night when riding home on motorcycle. Had 5 chocolate chip cookies at church that Melissa made. The Flare up for a little worse Thursday and had to take more pain meds but seem to be manageable except for staying up 24 hours or being completely sleepy. July 13 I had to take 400mg of Tramadol which made me nauseous all day but not enough to throw up, very uncomfortable, I tried to make myself throw up but no dice. I had to do an enema because my gut hurt like I had to throw up/ poop.

Itโs been a long few weeks of ear burning which seems worse while sitting on the couch on the computer. Standing up and moving around seemed to help ease the pain. Today on Sunday morning the ear pain seems to have eased up as I woke and did not need to immediately take pain meds but waited a few hours even though I had no ear pain.

At around 8pm after Ashley came over my ears started to really get hot and enough that I had to stop working and lay down with a bunch of ice packs on my neck. After taking more Tremadol I was able to eventually get it to normal. But then I ended up having an interrupted sleep.

Started in the evening around 7:30pm unexpectedly like it always does while sitting on the couch.
I ate: banana, artificial tea/coffee, peanut butter, strawberries, rice noodles and vegan veggie sauce, syrup, celery, lemon, peanuts.
May 1 at 8pm sitting on the couch and the flare up really got uncomfortable and I started to kind of panic that it was going to get unbearable put it seems to be stabilizing. Its scary when it happens out of nowhere when Ashley is over because you want to be healthy and enjoy her company. I hope it heals completely one day.

Woke-up in the middle of the night and my ears were sort of hurting so I grabbed an ice pack and a tremadol and went back to sleep. Ears were ringing mildly today on and off and wokeup from a nap at 2pm with my ears having a low burning pain and took a tremadol and its better, going to RiverDance tonight. On Thursday I went to Ashleyโs house and when I got there was very dizzy and nauseous so I went home, then I got angry very easily. On Friday April the 14 I was really sleepy and slept all day without any effort. And I felt very scared. A mini terror attack even though I wasnโt in any pain really. I want to go to game nite so Iโm attempting a enema. But its been a week of ear burning but very mild with tinnitus on and off all week. The most peculiar one of all.

Worst flare up ever to date. Started while sitting on the couch working around 11am. Off and on for the last couple of days my ears have been ringing loudly usually at nite around 11 - 12am midnight, seems to improve once I get up and walk around, both the ear pain and ringing. Foods I ate Feb. 15th was a whole bunch of ice cream and macaroni casserole. WORST flare up ever. Ears for the first time in 2 years were sensitive to sounds and I had terrible panic / terrors attacks. Wish I had Xanax. Ringing was extremely loud.
Apparently there were record breaking solar flares this last week as well. Tinnitus was pretty intense on Sunday and my ears got sensitive to sound around 9:30pm while watching tv. It felt like just a sea of noice and it was very disorientating.

I drank 1.5 cans of Coca Cola on Sunday at Daphnes house and the next morning at home it started to slowly get burning feeling. Nov.25th 13 days earlier I went pounding through the Bay on a Jetski. Those are the only contributing factors I can think of. The pain gradually got more burning by Thursday Sept.8th and had to double my dose on Tremadol at 400 mg per day.

Its been some what manageable by taking 300mg of Tramadol in the morning and 300mg in the afternoon, but hurts when I sit forward on the couch when working. Laying down it goes away. Sept.12 has been the most painful burn in the morning of Monday.

Pain started Thursday evening after I did upper body work out on the gym. By Friday evening after Paddle boarding at Fiesta Island things got bad and I started crying in Ursulaโs car. I was taken over 5 tramadol and 3 to 4 Percocet. Missed GunProm Saturday and spent the day sleeping on couch with ice pack. Slept good as long as head is level. Ringing was amazing for the month of June quiet as ever and today itโs loud again. Writing this message while in the bathroom and can hear ringing over fan in the hallway which I rarely have happen. Maybe from stress of dating Sara (tattoo lady teacher from Temecula) and riding the motorcycle over an hour just over did it on my head.

Ear pain started the morning of Wednesday, May 4th itโs now Sunday May8th and itโs improved and I only had to take 3 Tramadol and two Percocets left year started ringing loud and stayed loud while in the bathroom. Pain went away 100% Saturday May 14 and spent all day at all Jolla Shores.
