To update secured customer information, you need to press Update from

Secured Customer Information Table⁠

Step 1: Press Manage secret at the

Protecting Customer PII: Secured Customer List for Sales representatives.⁠

Step 2: Press Update secret and you will be redirected to the Update secured customer information page.

⁠

⁠

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the Update secured customer information page and your secured customer information will be updated.
